摘　　要：青杨是荒山造林及绿化中的主要树种,在其繁育中,采穗圃建设尤为重要。以青杨为试材,对不同栽植密度和不同留干个数下母株产穗数量进行分析,探明了青杨采穗圃营建的主要技术问题。结果表明:在50cm×80cm、留芽2-3个情况下出圃插穗数量最多。Populus cathayana is the main tree species in afforestation and greening of barren hills,In the breeding,the construction of the cutting orchard is particularly important.Using poplar as the material,the number of spike production of mother plant under different planting density and different number of dry leaves was analyzed,and the main technical problems in the construction of poplar planting nursery were explored.The results showed that the number of cuttings was the largest in 50cm×80cm and 2-3 buds conditions.
