摘　　要：元旦社论是一种具有劝说功能的特定体裁。从西方古典修辞理论的视角对《人民日报》元旦社论中各语步的元话语资源进行统计、分析与研究后发现,元旦社论中的元话语使用以人际互动型为主,以文本交互型为辅。各语步能够承载其不同的交际目的,同时元话语资源能够很好地实现各语步的逻辑诉诸、人格诉诸和情感诉诸功能,动之以情、晓之以理、感之以威地共同完成元旦社论修辞劝说功能的构建。New year's editorial is a kind of genre with persuasive function.Based on the metadiscourse theory and genre analysis,this paper aims to analyze the metadiscourse resources in each move of new year's editorials from the perspective of western classical rhetoric combining macro and micro structure,and discusses how metadiscourse resources realize rhetorical persuasion in each move.The study shows that the metadiscourse in new year's editorials is mainly interactive metadiscourse, supplemented by interactional metadiscourse.Each move carries different communicative purposes which can realize logos,ethos and poths and finally completes the construction of rhetorical persuasion function of new year's editorials.
