镇脑胶囊的制备及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的介绍镇脑胶囊制备工艺、质量控制及疗效观察。方法蒸馏法提取川芎、白芷、菊花的挥发成分,部分药材制备稠浸膏,部分药材制粉来制备胶囊;薄层色谱法鉴别川芎、白芷、菊花,并建立该胶囊的质量控制方法;进行临床疗效观察对比。结果鉴别呈正反应,质量可控;疗效与散利痛相近,合用药效更显著。结论镇脑胶囊的制备工艺可靠,质量可控,疗效显著。OBJECTIVE To introduce the preparation technology,quality control and curative effect observation of ZhenNao capsule.METHODS The volatile components of Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelica dahurica and Chrysanthemum morifoliuin were extracted by distillation.Some crude drugs were prepared with thick extract and some of the medicinal materials are powdered to prepare capsules.Identification of Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelica dahurica and Chrysanthemum morifoliuin by TLC,and the quality control method of the capsules was established;It's clinical effect was observed and contrasted.RESULTS The identification of TLC was positive reaction,and the quality of the drug can be controlled.The effect is similar to Saridon,and the efficacy of the combination is more significant.CONCLUSION The preparation process of ZhenNao capsule is reliable,controllable and effective.
