摘  要:目的通过对口岸聚集性输入性腹泻病例的快速检测、排查和病原基因序列分析,为病人的诊断、治疗和口岸突发疫情的处置提供依据,保障国境口岸的卫生安全。方法利用分子生物学技术,通过肛拭子样本的核酸(RNA)提取、RT-PCR、凝胶电泳分析以及核酸序列测定,对造成群体腹泻的病原种类进行确认。结果样本中均检测到诺如病毒特异性核酸片段。经序列分析为诺如病毒基因型属基因组Ⅰ(GⅠ)和II(GII)。结论通过核酸检测等技术手段,可快速确认传染病病原种类,为疫情控制、保障国境口岸的卫生安全提供技术支持。Objective To provide the basis for the diagnosis of the two imported Norovirus StrainsinChongQing port as well as to investigatethe sequence analysis of the infectious diseases of the imported diarrhea,and to ensure the health safety of the frontier ports through the technical support.Methods Using molecular biology technology,the nucleic acid (RNA)extraction,RT-PCR,gel electrophoresis analysis and nucleic acid sequence determination.Results Norovirus specific DNA fragments were detected in the samples.Sequence analysis showed that norovirus genotypes belonged to genomic Ⅰ(GⅠ)and Ⅱ(GⅡ).Conclusion Through the technique of nucleic acid detection,to confirm the pathogenic species of imported infectious diseases quickly,and to provide technical support for the protection of the health safety inChongQing frontier port.
