彩色多普勒超声对肾钙乳症和肾结石的鉴别诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声应用于肾结石、肾钙乳症二者鉴别与诊断的价值。方法从2016年4月-2017年5月在我院诊治的患者中选取20例肾钙乳症患者、66例肾结石患者为对象,回顾分析患者超声检查声像图资料。结果肾结石超声检查声像显示主要表现为肾盂肾盏内存在强光或强光点后方不伴或伴有声影,病灶为多发性,大小不一,同时存在肾盏区或肾盂积水;肾钙乳症超声检查的影像学表现主要体现为肾实质内或肾盏周边存在强回声,浅面存在囊肿声像,强回声表现为细小光点堆积,通常在后方存在振铃样回声或淡声影,受检者转变体位时,朝重力方向出现明显沉积,同时不存在肾盂肾盏积水。结论彩色多普勒超声应用于肾结石、肾钙乳症,二者有明显影像学表现,可获得较高鉴别诊断率。Objective To research the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of renal calculi and renal milk of calcium. Methods 20 patients with renal calcareomastopathy and 66 patients with renal calculus in the hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects. The concerned ultrasonographic data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ultrasound examination of renal calculi showed that there were strong light or strong light spots in the renal pelvis and calyx without or accompanied by sound and shadow. The lesions were multiple and varied in size,with hydronephrosis or pelvis in the calyx area at the same time. Ultrasonographic manifestations of renal calcareous breast disease include strong echoes in renal parenchyma or around calyx,cysts in shallow surface,accumulation of small light spots in strong echoes,usually ringing echoes or faint echoes in the rear. When the subject changed its position,there was obvious deposition toward gravity. Meanwhile,there was no hydronephrosis in the pelvis and calyx. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can be used in the diagnosis of renal calculi and renal milk of calcium with obvious imaging manifestations and higher differential diagnosis rate.
