网络形势下的护理随访对外阴阴道念珠菌病患者自我效能及疾病认知的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨网络形势下的护理随访对外阴阴道念珠菌病患者自我效能及疾病认知的影响。方法2016年6月~2017年6月选取在该院妇科就诊的外阴阴道念珠菌病患者120例,随机将患者分为观察组及对照组,各60例。对照组患者用药期间行常规性用药指导,观察组患者用药期间实施基于网络的护理随访,比较两组患者干预前后自我效能、疾病知识、用药依从性及复发情况。结果观察组患者干预后自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者干预后用药知识、外阴护理知识、饮食知识、性生活知识、情绪控制等方面评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率、用药依从率、患者满意率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而患者用药不良反应率、疾病复发率均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论网络形势下的护理随访能有效提高外阴阴道念珠菌患者自我效能感及疾病知识水平,有助于提高患者治疗依从性,促进患者预后,提高患者治疗满意度。Objective To explore the effect of nursing follow-up in the network situation on the self-efficacy and disease cognition of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,120 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to the gynecology department of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases of each group. Patients in the control group received routine medication guidance during medication,and patients in the observation group received web-based nursing follow-up during medication. The self-efficacy,disease knowledge,medication compliance and relapse before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group in medication knowledge,vulva nursing knowledge,diet knowledge,sex life knowledge,emotional control and other aspects after intervention (P<0.05). The total effective rate,drug compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The rate of adverse drug reactions and disease recurrence in patients were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing follow-up under the network situation can effectively improve the sense of self-efficacy and disease knowledge level of patients with vulvovaginal candida,which is helpful to improve the treatment compliance of patients,promote the prognosis of patients,and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
