多维度系统化健康教育对等离子低温消融治疗重型鼾症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多维度系统化健康教育对等离子低温消融治疗重型鼾症患者的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月该院收治的等离子低温消融治疗重型鼾症患者80例为研究对象。根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组围术期行常规性护理干预,观察组围术期行多维度健康教育。比较两组患者自我效能、负性情绪及预后情况。结果观察组患者干预后自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而观察组干预后焦虑自评量表评分(SDS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SAS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组治愈率、疾病知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度健康教育能有效提高等离子低温消融治疗重型鼾症患者自我效能,减轻患者围术期焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者预后,从而提高患者治疗效率,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of multidimensional systemic health education on plasma hypothermia ablation in patients with severe snoring.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe snoring treated by plasma hypothermia ablation in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases of each group.The control group was applicated with routine nursing care and observation group was applicated with multidimensional health education.The self-efficacy,negative emotion and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of self-efficacy scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SAS)of observation group were lower than control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The rate of cure,disease awareness and patient satisfaction of observation group were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group was lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional health education can effectively improve the self-efficacy of patients with severe snoring,reduce the perioperative anxiety and depression,improve the prognosis of patients,and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
