摘　　要：介绍了某小型军工复合模的结构设计、制造工艺和装配要点。该模具通过采用特殊的加工工艺方法、设计理念、装配技巧,满足了间隙小、形状复杂、精度要求高的特点,达到了设计和使用要求。This paper introduced a small military compound die structure design, manufacturing process and assembly of the point.Processing technology of the die through the use of special methods,design concept,assembly technique,to satisfy the small gap,complex shape,the characteristics of high accuracy reached the design and use requirements.
