晋北高寒区玉米花粉资源的开发利用及建议

摘　　要：为了充分开发利用晋北高寒地区丰富的玉米花粉资源,本文阐述了玉米花粉的营养成分及作用,着重介绍了玉米花粉的采集、干燥处理、贮存方法,分析了玉米花粉在食品、医药、化妆品等方面的应用,并对其在农业供给侧结构性改革工作中的作用提出了建议。In order to fully exploit and make use of the abundant maize pollen resources in cold upland area of Northern Shanxi,the nutrient components and effect were introduced in this paper,and the collecting and drying methods of corn pollen were elaborated.The application of maize pollen in food,medicine and cosmetics was also analyzed,and some suggestions on effect of maize pollen resources in the structural reform of agricultural supply-side were put forward.
