摘 要:研究了采用原子荧光光谱法测定地质样品中硒含量的硝酸+高氯酸酸法和碳酸钠+氧化锌半熔法2种前处理方法。结果表明,硝酸+高氯酸酸法操作流程短、准确度较高,但灵敏度较低;碳酸钠+氧化锌半熔法灵敏度较高,但是操作流程长,且在测定含硫量较高的样品时准确度低。Two pretreatmant methods (HNO3+HClO4 method and zinc oxide haft-dissolving method)for determination of selenium in geological samples by HG-AFS were studied.The results showed that the HNO3+HClO4 method had higher accuracy and lower sensitivity,and was simple to operation.The zinc oxide half-dissolving method had higher sensitivity,but had the defect of long time-consuming,and the accuracy was low in determination of the sample with high-content of sulfur.
