摘　　要：几年前,当山东开始审视如何在更大程度上发挥海洋优势,却发现在海洋生态安全的核心区域还有许多历史欠账待补,山东立即付诸“守护”行动。党的十八大以来,山东积极探索人与海洋和谐共处模式,海洋生态文明建设不断取得新的认识成果和实践成果。沿海各地也纷纷开展“蓝色海湾”等行动,“守护”最美海岸线。In 2017,more than a hundred "Bay Chiefs"officially assumed office in Qingdao,enabling 49 bays to achieve full coverage. Since 2017,a major event that could completely change the marine ecological governance pattern of Shandong has been accelerating its pace in Shandong-"combining"the sea and the land into a complex,and coordinated land-sea space,resources, environments and development.
