摘　　要：我国档案管理体制经历了形成期(1949—1959)、中共中央领导下的党政档案统一管理时期(1959—1985)、国务院领导下的党政档案统一管理时期(1985—1993)和中共中央领导下的党政档案统一管理、局馆合一时期(1993年至今)的历史演变。基于当前体制的优势与弊端,新时代我国档案管理体制的发展方向是:坚持统一领导、分级管理原则;理顺政事关系,推进局馆分离;统筹优化档案部门与相关部门的职责关系;统筹规划、科学设置档案馆;推进政社分开,发挥社会组织作用。The evolution of Chinese archives management system can be divided into four periods:formative period (1949-1959),the period of unified management of party and government archives under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee (1959-1985),the period of unified management of party and government archives under the leadership of the State Council (1985-1993),the period of unified management of party and government archives under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with the integration of the State Archives Administration of the PRC and the National archives of China (1993to the present).Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the current system,the development trend of Chinese archives management system in the new era is:persisting the principles unified leadership and administration at different levels;rationalizing political relations and promoting the separation of the archives administration bureaus and the archives;coordinating and optimizing the organizational structure of the relevant department of archives;integrate planning and scientific establishment of archives;accelerating separation government and society and giving full play to the role of social organizations.
