摘  要:废旧毛丝棉混纺面料采用热DMAc(N,N-二甲基乙酰胺)活化法处理后,用LiCl/DMAc溶剂体系溶解面料中的棉纤维成分。根据单因素法优化得到棉纤维溶解工艺为:LiCl质量分数8%,温度140℃,高温搅拌时间3 h,室温搅拌时间12 h,溶质与溶剂质量比0.2∶20。通过扫描电镜分析和红外光谱分析发现,LiCl/DMAc溶剂体系可以完全溶解棉纤维,不会对羊毛纤维和蚕丝纤维造成损伤。After the waste wool/silk/cotton blended fabrics are activated by hot DMAc,the cotton fibers components in the blended fabrics are dissolved in the LiCI/DMAc solvent system.The single-factor experiments are used to investigate the optimal dissolving technology.The results show that the LiCI/ DMAc solution dissolved cotton fibers relatively better at 140℃ with LiCI 8%,stirring at high tempera- ture for 3h,stirring at room temperature for 12h and mass ratio of solute to solvent 0.2:20.The SEM and infrared analysis show that the DCI/DMAc solvent system can completely dissolve cotton fiber,and will not damage wool and silk fibers.
