摘 要:采用CWP-N膨化剂和自制阳离子增深剂对芳纶织物进行膨化阳离子改性处理,试验探讨了改性工艺条件对芳纶织物活性染料染色性能的影响。优化的芳纶织物改性工艺条件为:精练剂0.2%(omf),JFC 1 g/L,CWP-N膨化剂30 g/L,阳离子增深剂20%(omf)和NaOH 4 g/L配制成改性处理液,将芳纶织物投入处理液中,从50℃升温到100℃,继续保温处理40 min,浴比1∶20。染色结果表明,改性芳纶织物可以采用活性染料染色。与未改性织物相比,织物染色深度(K/S值)和上染率显著提高,但耐摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度有所降低。Aramid fabric is modified by swelling agent CWP-N and self-made cataonic deepening agent. The effect of modification conditions on dyeing properties of aramid fabric is discussed.The optimal modification conditions of aramid are:scouring agent 0.2%(omf),JFC 1g/L,swelling agent CWP-N 30g/L, cationic deepening agent 20%(omf),NaOH 4g/L,liquor ratio 1:20,heating from 50℃ to 100℃ and holding for 40min.The dyeing results of modified aramid fabric are evaluated.The results show that the modified aramid fabric can be dyed by reactive dyes.The K/S value and dye-uptake are higher than those of unmoddied fabric,but the rubbing and soaping fastness are decreased.
