东北地区及其与京津冀地区城市网络关联研究——基于企业联系  被引量:14

摘  要:首先借鉴“流动空间”理论,从基于企业联系的城市网络关联度这一视角展开研究,以图揭示东北地区的城市-区域空间组织特征和演化态势;研究发现,东北地区城市网络呈现不均衡、碎片化及多个“中心-外围”的发展态势。然后将研究拓展至与东北相邻的“京津冀”地区,以解读东北中心城市与京津冀中心城市之间的网络关联问题;通过测度企业总部与分支机构的联系,发现东北地区中心城市与北京等特大城市的企业关联度明显强于其区域内部中心城市之间的企业关联度;据此提出,东北地区与京津冀正在融合为一个整体。基于此认知,本文最后探讨东北“全面振兴战略”及“京津冀协调发展”的政策导向及策略。This paper firstly applies the theory of "flow of space,"and from the perspective of intercity network based on the enterprise connectivity,it reveals the urban-regional spatial organization characteristics and evolution trend in the Northeast Region.It is found that the intercity network in the Northeast Region is unbalanced, fragmented and shows the trend of "centerperiphery"development.Then the research extends to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region which is adjacent to the Northeast Region to understand the connection between central cities of these two regions.By measuring the relationship between the headquarters and the branch offices,it is found that the relationship between the central cities in the Northeast Region and in the mega-cities such as Beijing is stronger than that among the central cities within the Northeast Region.Correspondingly,it is proposed that the Northeast Region and Beijing Tianjin-Hebei Region are merging into a whole. And based on this cognition,this paper finally discusses the policy directions and strategies of "Comprehensive Revitalization Strategy"and "Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region."
