摘  要:中国城市正在经历快速城镇化的过程,城市建设出现了高强度、高密度的趋势,作为城市中的弱势群体,儿童健康需要给予更多的关注。户外体力活动是促进儿童身心、肢体、智力健康发展的重要手段,也是他们接触和认识外部世界的重要途径。居住区作为儿童进行户外体力活动的主要场所,它的规划、设计以及管理都将对儿童健康成长产生影响。本文从居住区的土地开发强度出发,分析了开发强度的几个指标对于儿童户外体力活动的影响。以深圳市10~12岁儿童作为研究对象,采用问卷调研、资料收集、相关性分析等方法,完成了土地开发强度各个指标与儿童体力活动水平各个指标间的关系分析。基于来自31处居住区,包括223个居住小区和37个城中村的736份有效问卷,分析结果显示:居住区建筑密度和建筑高度对儿童体力活动水平影响较大,毛容积率、人口密度、容积率和绿化率的影响不大。研究结果可为城市居住区规划建设提供参考。China is experiencing a rapid urbanization process,and urban construction has shown a trend of high intensity and density. As a disadvantaged group in a city,children's health should be paid more attention to.Outdoor physical activity is an important means to promote children's physical and mental development,and also a way for them to get to know the outside world.Neighborhood space is the most prevalent outdoor venues for children's activities,so its planning,design,and management have a great influence on children's health.Starting from the land development intensity of residential areas,this paper analyzes the influence of development intensity indexes on children's outdoor physical activities.With children of 10-12 years old in Shenzhen as the research object,by way of questionnaire investigation,data collection,correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling,the paper analyzes the relationship between the indexes of land development intensity and those of children's physical activity level.A total of 736 valid questionnaires from 31 residential areas, which covers 233 residential quarters and 37 urban villages,are collected and analyzed.Results show that the building density and height of a residential area have greater impacts on children's physical activity level,while the gross FAR,population density,FAR,and greening ratio have less impact. The results can provide reference for the planning and construction of urban residential areas.
