摘　　要：武汉当前处于经济、科技、社会与空间转型的多期叠加,具有转型的多重性、复杂性、渐进性。对于武汉转型期的规律认识、目标确定及路径选择,将深刻影响到新一轮武汉城市总体规划的价值理念、空间模式、规划策略和成果体系等多个方面。文章立足于识别武汉城市发展规律,梳理新一轮城市总体规划编制与相应城市发展阶段转型的呼应关系,深刻把握“变”与“不变”的辩证逻辑,寻求新一轮总体规划的传承和创新思路,引领新时期武汉城市发展的战略转型。Wuhan is currently in the economic,scientific and technological,social and spatial transformation of the multiphase superposition,with characteristics multiple,complex,gradual.The understanding of the law,the determination of the objectives and the choice of the routes in the transitional period of Wuhan will profoundly affect the values,spatial patterns,planning strategies and results system of the new round of Wuhan urban master planning.Based on the recognition of Wuhan's urban development law,this paper summarizes the corresponding relationship between the compilation of a new round of urban master plan and the transformation of the corresponding urban development stage,grasps the dialectical logic of "change"and "unchanged",seeks the inheritance and innovation of a new round of master plan,and leads the strategic transformation of Wuhan's urban development in the new period.
