摘 要:目的:了解结核分枝杆菌分离株对一线抗结核药物的耐药情况。方法:收集2012~2016年五年间分离的281株结核分枝杆菌,采用比例法检测菌株对一线抗结核药物结果。结果:281株结核分枝杆菌中耐药54株,总耐药率19. 22%,耐多药率为5. 70%。结论:结核病人耐药情况比较严重,需要更严格执行结核病防控策略,防止耐药病人及耐药菌株的产生和传播。Objective: To investigate the status of drug resistance to first-line anti-TB of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated and analyze the reasons,in order to provide some basis for prevention of tuberculosis. Methods: The data of culture and drug sensitivity tests of281 isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis range from 2012 to 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 54 isolates showed drug-resistant in all the 281 isolates,and the total drug resistance rate was 19. 22%,multiple drug resistance rate was 5. 70%. Conclusion: The situation of drug-resistant TB is more serious,thus we have to carry out the strategies of TBcontrol more rigorously,to prevent the generation and spread of drug-resistant strains.
