《北洋官报》与清末官员的现代化

摘　　要：在晚清迈向现代化的社会变革进程中,清政府开始创办官报或支持商办报刊,宣传新政,引导舆论。在"开民智、开绅智、开官智",促进社会现代化的过程中,直隶省官方喉舌《北洋官报》大量报道国外的新知识、新思想、新道理,意在增长官员的学识,完善官员的知识结构,从中汲取各种有益的养料,用以改良中国的治国方略。《北洋官报》的创办使政府官员眼界大开,在一定程度上促进了清末官员的现代化。In the process of social transformation towards modernization in the late Qing Dynasty,the Qing government began to set up official newspapers or support commercial newspapers and periodicals to publicize the New Deal. Beiyang Official Newspaper,the official voice of Zhili Province,reported a large amount of new knowledge,ideas and principles abroad,aiming at increasing the knowledge of officials,improving their knowledge structure,and absorbing all kinds of beneficial nutrients from them,so as to improve China’s strategy of governing the country. The establishment of Beiyang Official Newspaper opened the eyes of government officials and promoted the modernization of officials in the late Qing Dynasty to a certain extent.
