摘 要:目的掌握山西省人体重要寄生虫病流行现状,为制定防制策略提供科学依据。方法根据全国统一调查方案,分层整群抽取78个农村调查点和7个城镇调查点,每个调查点调查人数不少于250人。改良加藤厚涂片法检查肠道蠕虫卵,试管滤纸培养法鉴定钩虫虫种,透明胶纸肛拭法检查3~6岁儿童蛲虫卵,直接涂片法查肠道原虫包囊或滋养体。结果本次调查农村调查点共调查19 500人,仅查出蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、蛲虫等土源性线虫,未查出华支睾吸虫、肠道原虫等其它虫种。土源性线虫阳性29例,总感染率为0.15%,其中蛲虫阳性26例,感染率为0.13%;蛔虫、钩虫(十二指肠钩虫)、鞭虫阳性各1例,感染率为0.01%。城镇调查点共调查1 750人,结果全部为阴性。结论本次调查与第2次寄生虫病调查(土源性线虫人群总感染率为5.67%)及2011年全省土源性线虫监测结果(人群土源性线虫总感染率为1.01%)相比,人群土源性线虫感染率显著下降。Objective To understand present epidemic status of human important parasitic diseases in Shanxi Province.Methods According to unified methods formulated by national investigation scheme and stratified cluster random sampling,78 rural and 7 urban pilots were selected in Shanxi Province. The number of subjects investigated in individual pilot wasdefined over 250. Modified Kato-Katz thick smear was applied to detecting eggs of intestinal helminthes. Tube fecal culturemethod was used to identify species of hookworm. Enterobius eggs were detected in children aged 3-6 years usingadhesivetape technique. The cyst and trophozoite of intestinal protozoa were examined by method of direct smear.Results A total of 19 500 people in rural and 1 750 people in urban areas underwent the survey. And 29 people infected withsoil-transmitted nematodes in rural area, total infection rates were 0.15%. Among them, 26(0.13%) were infected with pinworm,1 each with arcaris, trichuris, and hookworm, the prevalence were 0.01% respectively. In urban area,no infected people found.Conclusion Total prevalence of soil-transmitted nematodes this time declined significantly compared with the infectioncondition of the second survey(5.67%) and in 2011(1.01%) on the status of important human parasitic diseases in Shanxi.
