摘　　要：目的:探究亚胺培南-西司他丁对老年肺部感染患者的临床疗效及其对药动学参数和细菌清除的影响。方法:选取2016年7月—2018年8月间收治的老年肺部感染患者104例资料,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组52例;对照组患者给予头孢哌酮钠-舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组患者给予亚胺培南-西司他丁治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗后的总有效率及细菌清除率的差异,以及不同时间段药动学参数的变化情况。结果:观察组患者临床治疗后的总有效率及细菌清除率分别为98.07%和94.23%均高于对照组分别为80.77%和75.00%(P<0.05),药动学参数显示药物峰值浓度为(28.38±0.81)mg/L,半衰期达1 h。结论:采用亚胺培南-西司他丁治疗老年肺部感染患者的疗效较为确切,药物在肺部组织中血药浓度较高、维持时间长,有效清除了各类致病菌。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of imipenem-sistatin in elderly patients with pulmonary infection and its influence on pharmacokinetic parameters and bacterial clearance. Methods: Data of 104 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted and treated from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with cefoperazone natrium-sulbactam natriuretic, and patients in the observation group were treated with imipenem sistatin. The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of patients in the two groups after clinical treatment, as well as the changes of pharmacokinetic parameters in different periods were compared. Results: The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of patients in the observation group after clinical treatment were 98.07% and 94.23%, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group(80.77% and 75.00%, respectively, P<0.05). Pharmacokinetic parameters showed that the peak concentration of drugs was(28.38±0.81)mg/L, with a half-life of 1 h. Conclusion: The efficacy of imipenem-sistatin in elderly patients with pulmonary infection is more accurate;beside the drug has a high concentration of blood drug in the lung tissue and maintained for a long time, effectively clearing all kinds of pathogenic bacteria.
