摘　　要：社会治理法治化是指通过法治的社会治理,既要服从善治理念抑或更好生活的需要,也要遵循包括法治在内的各种公共事务的属性和规律。在新时代的背景条件下,社会治理法治化更是国家治理现代化与法治国家、法治政府、法治社会协同发展的基本路径。为此,社会治理法治化,需要扩大民众的参与,改善社会治理的力量体系,通过依法治理、程序治理与责任治理的路径,完善党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障的社会治理体制,提高社会治理法治化水平,增进民生福祉,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。Law-based social governance refers to social governance through the rule of law. It should not only obey the good governance or the need of a better life,but also follow all sorts of the attributes and the law of public affairs including the rule of law. Against the background of the new era,law-based governance is the basic approach to achieving the cooperative development of our country,our government and our society as well as the modernization of the state governance. Therefore,law-based social governance needs to involve more public participation and improve the efficiency of the social governance system. Through the rule of law,the procedural governance and the responsible governance,China aims to improve the social governance system under the leadership of the Party Committee,the government responsibility,a good social synergy and public participation plus the legal guarantee,strengthen the law-based social governance for a better livelihood and achieve our national rejuvenation.
