基于三阶段DEA方法的国际风险投资发展效率测度

摘　　要：文章在2009—2015年美、中、日等20个国家的风险投资相关数据基础上,采用三阶段DEA方法对环境因素和随机误差进行有效剥离,经过SFA回归调整后再利用DEA方法对样本国家的风险投资投入产出数据进行整理。从技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率角度对各国风险投资发展效率进行测度,进而提出提高我国风险投资发展效率的政策建议。Based on the data of venture capital investment in 20 countries including the United States, China, Japan, etc.from 2009 to 2015, this paper adopts the three-stage DEA method to effectively separate the environmental factors and random errors. And then after SFA adjustment, the paper uses the DEA method to reorganize the input-output data of venture capital investment in sample countries. Finally, from the perspective of technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, the paper measures the development efficiency of venture capital in various countries, and puts forward policy suggestions about improving the development efficiency of venture capital in China.
