摘　　要：为了探讨中西药制剂对雏鸡白痢的防治效果,笔者以沙门氏菌进行攻毒,采用赤黄止痢颗粒和乌梅颗粒2种中药制剂和氨苄西林可溶性粉1种西药,连续给雏鸡饮水服用7 d,记录雏鸡临床症状。攻毒保护试验结果,乌梅颗粒有效率最高为93.75%,氨苄西林可溶性粉有效率为87.55%,赤黄止痢颗粒有效率为81.25%。本研究表明,中药制剂对雏鸡白痢有良好的防治效果;可以减少抗生素的使用。其毒副作用小、残留少并具有良好的免疫调节作用,可用于雏鸡白痢的防治工作。In order to explore the prevention and treatment effect of Chinese and western medicine preparations on pullorosis in chickens,this study used salmonella to attack the toxicity,and two Chinese medicine preparations,chihuang zhili granules and wumei granules,and one western medicine,ampicillin sodium,were used to record the clinical symptoms of chickens after giving them water for 7 days.The results showed that the highest effective rate of wumei granule was 93.75%,that of ampicillin was 87.55% and that of chihuang zhili granule was 81.25%.This study showed that the Chinese medicine preparation has good prevention and treatment effect on pullorosis of chickens,so it can reduce the use of antibiotics,make the toxic and side effects small,small residues,and have a good immune regulation effect,which can be the best way to prevent and control pullorosis of chickens.
