摘  要:本文分析了生产实践中矿热炉电极系统铜瓦的故障及原因分析,从四个方面提出应对措施。通过对铜瓦本体结构的优化改进,循环水管理,电极壳的结构优化改进和焊接管理,以标准化为抓手强化生产操作管控与规范生产操作,有效减少了铜瓦故障,减少了热停炉时间。The failure and cause for the copper tile of electrode system of ore furnace are analyzed and the countermeasures from four aspects are proposed in the paper. By the optimization and improvement of the copper tile body structure, circulating water management, structural optimization and welding management of the electrode shell, standardization is used to strengthen the production operation control and standardize the production operation, effectively decreasing the copper tile failure and reducing the shutdown time.
