摘  要:输送带接头在线制作是带式输送机日常检修中较为关键的部分,关系到输送带强度和对中性,在输送带接头制作过程中,由于现场条件差和输送带受力变形量大的物理特性,经常会出现输送带接头固定不牢发生位移,从而造成接头制作质量不合格。通过制作一种简单的带自锁机构的卡板,由自锁机构的自锁特性来确保接头的稳定性,从而抵消输送带在受力过程中发生变形造成接头位移,在实际应用中解决这一问题。Joints manufacture of conveyor belt on-line is a key part of the daily maintenance of belt conveyors, which is related to the strength and centering of conveyor belts. During joints manufacturing of the conveyor belt, due to the poor physical conditions and the large physical deformation of the conveyor belt, it is often case that the conveyor belt joint is not firmly fixed, resulting in unsatisfactory joint quality. By making a simple card board with a self-locking mechanism, the self-locking property of the self-locking mechanism ensures the stability of the joint, thereby offsetting the displacement of the joint caused by the deformation of the conveyor belt during the stress process.
