摘　　要：通过引入风险资本与创业融资的相关理论,本文结合中国案例细致探讨了传媒创业项目获得风险资本青睐的核心逻辑。我们发现,获得风险资本青睐的传媒创业项目,往往具备鲜明的颠覆性创新特质,更加具备可持续的盈利潜力,并拥有较高的投资回报率。通过对于传媒创业融资行为的理论探讨,本文希望为传媒创业项目的融资实践以及传统媒体业摆脱盈利困境提供理论启发。By introducing theories of venture capital and entrepreneurial financing,this paper explored the key characteristics of media entrepreneurial project that are favored by venture capital.Based on four typical cases in China,the study found that venture capitals are more inclined to invest in media entrepreneurial projects with the characteristics of disruptive innovation,more sustainable profit potential, and a higher return on investment.Through theoretical discussion on the financing behavior of media entrepreneurial projects,this paper hopes to provide theoretical insights for the financing of media entrepreneurial projects as well as the transformation of traditional media industry.
