摘 要:通过动态硫化法制备了丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物,考察了共混配比及硫化剂用量对共混物动态硫化性能,硫化胶力学性能、动态力学性能、热性能以及相态结构的影响。结果表明,当共混原料中PLA的比例增加时,共混物的动态硫化速率减慢,硫化胶的拉伸强度升高、扯断伸长率降低; ACM与PLA的质量比为80/20时共混物的相容性最好,70/30时有效阻尼温域达到最大。PLA以"岛相"分散到ACM"海相"中,当PLA用量增加到50份(质量)时,共混体系呈现出共连续结构,发生相态转变。硫化剂用量的减少使得ACM的交联程度降低,共混物的力学性能下降、阻尼因子峰值升高,相容性及有效阻尼温域无明显变化。硫化剂用量减半后,共混体系的表面变得较为平滑,未留下明显空洞,且PLA相的冷结晶和熔融现象完全消失。The acrylate rubber( ACM)/polylactic acid( PLA) blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization method,and the effects of blending ratio and the amount of vulcanizing agent on the dynamic vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties,thermal properties and phase structure of the vulcanizates were investigated.The results showed that with increasing the amount of PLA( mass),the dynamic vulcanization rate of the blend decreased,the tensile strength of the obtained vulcanizates increased,and the elongation at break decreased;at mass ratio of ACM/PLA of80/20,the compatibility of the blend was the best,and at mass ratio of ACM/PLA of 70/30,the effective damping temperature range achived the maximum. As "island phase ",a smaller amount( less than 50 phr) of PLA was dispersed in ACM "sea phase ", however when the amount of PLA was increased to 50 phr,the blending system exhibited a co-continuous structure, and the phase transition took place. With the decrease of vulcanizing agent,the crosslinking degree of ACM decreased,the mechanical properties of the blend decreased, the damping factor peak increased,and the compatibility and effective damping temperature range had no significant change. After the amount of vulcanizing agent was decreased by half, the surface of the blending system became smoother,there was no obvious holes on it,and the cold crystallization and melting developed in PLA phase disappeared completely.
