摘 要:简要介绍了不饱和橡胶热氧老化的分子机理,详细总结了近年来有关温度、分子链结构、硫化网构和填充体系等因素对热氧老化的影响规律,以及红外光谱、核磁共振波谱和电子自旋共振光谱等分析评价方法的研究进展,概述了橡胶防老化的研究现状,并对今后不饱和橡胶热氧老化研究的关键问题和方向做出展望。The molecular mechanism of thermo-oxidative aging of unsaturated rubber was briefly introduced. The effects of temperature,chain structure,vulcanizing network forming and filler system etc on thermo-oxidative aging,as well as the research progress of analytical methods such as infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and electron spin resonance spectroscopy were summarized in detail. Subsequently,recent research on anti-aging technology of rubber was generalized with 47 references. Finally,the prospect for the key points and future of thermo-oxidative aging of unsaturated rubber was provided.
