摘 要:以3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和氯化铝为原料,采用微量滴碱法合成出有机-无机复合高分子絮凝剂,利用正交试验设计优化了合成条件,对最佳条件下合成的絮凝剂与聚合氯化铝进行了对比。结果表明:在碱液滴加时间为3. 5 h、氢氧化钠碱化度(B值)为2. 0、原料Si/Al(摩尔比)为0. 3的条件下,合成出的絮凝剂中Alb含量最高,其总铝浓度为0. 25 mol/L;该絮凝剂的除浊和脱色性能均优于传统絮凝剂聚合氯化铝。A new organic -inorganic composite polymer flocculant was synthesized with 3-amino propyl triethoxy silane and aluminum chloride as raw materials by micro drop alkali method,the synthesis conditions were optimized by the orthogonal test, and the flocculants were compared with polyaluminum chloride under the optimum conditions.The resuits showed that under the conditions of addition time of alkali solution 3.5h,alkalisation degree of sodium hydroxide (B value)2.0 and n(Si)/n(Al) 0.3,the content of Alb was the highest and the total aluminum concentration was 0.25 mol/L in the synthesized flocculant,the turbidity and decolorization of the flocculant were superior to those of conventional flocculant polyaluminum chloride.
