摘 要:为确保南京过江通道工程深达62. 45 m的地下连续墙成槽施工的顺利进行,及解决盾构机顺利穿过梅子洲风井的难题,在梅子洲风井周边采用高压喷射注浆技术对长江漫滩区富水场地进行地基处理,充分利用高压旋喷射流作用切割掺搅地层,同时灌入水泥浆使其与原土层形成凝结体,改变原地层的结构和组成,达到加固地基和防渗止水的目的。工程利用高压喷射注浆技术处理地基后,旋喷桩连成一体起到较好地加固挡水作用,并保证超深地连墙施工时成槽顺利;盾构穿越风井时围护结构的整体收敛变形和变形速率控制在规范允许范围内。实践证明,高压喷射注浆技术在多种土层交错分布高承压水的环境下加固处理地基是可行的。In order to ensure the smooth trenching construction of the 62.45m deep diaphragm wall and successful crossing of Meizizhou ventilation shaft by the shield machine for the project of Nanjing channel crossing the river,the foundation treatment is carried out for Yangtze river flood plain rich-water site around the Meizizhou ventilation shaft by using the high-pressure injection grouting technique.The high-pressure jet injection flow is fully used to cut the strata,and the cement slurry is grouted in,forming concrete with the original soil layer,changing the structure and composition of the original stratum and attaning the purpose of foundation reinforcement and water seepage prevention.After using the high pressure jet grouting technique for foundation treatment,the jet grouting piles are integrated and have good reinforcement and water retaining functions,and it is ensured that the extra deep diaphragm wall is trenched successfully;when the shield passes through the ventilation shaft,the overall contraction deformation and deformation speed of the enclosure structure are controlled within allowable range.The practice shows that,the high pressure jet grouting technology is feasible for foundation reinforcement under the environment of cross distribution of multiple soil layer and high pressure water.
