摘  要:目的探讨计算机辅助三维重建联合3D打印技术修复下颌骨缺损的临床效果。方法选择2015年9月一2017年3月大连市口腔医院口腔颌面外科收治的行下颌骨缺损修复重建患者64例,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(计算机辅助手术)和对照组(传统手术),观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗效果及满意度。结果观察组手术时间和术中出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组I级恢复率高于对照组,外貌、咀嚼和发音功能满意度评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助三维重建联合3D打印技术修复下颔骨缺损,可实现下颌骨缺损精准修复,临床效果较好,患者术后满意度较高,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of computer-assisted three-dimensional reconstruction combined with 3D printing technology in the treatment of mandibular defects.Methods From September 2015 to March 2017,a total of 64patients with mandibular defect,who underwent repair and reconstruction in Department of oral and maxillofaeial surgery in Dalian Stomatology Hospital,were randomly divided into observation group(computer-assisted surgery)and control group(traditional surgery)according to different treatment methods. The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,therapeutic effect and satisfaction between two groups were observed and compared.Results The operation time and bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).After treatment,the grade I recovery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degrees in appearance recovery,chewing and pronunciation function was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Computerassisted three-dimensional reconstruction combined with 3D printing technology can repair mandibular defect accurately.The clinical effect is good and the patients'satisfaction is high,which is worth popularizing.
