乡村振兴战略下农村金融发展的影响因素研究——基于农村经济发展差异的视角

摘　　要：本文运用2006-2017年省级面板数据分析了农村发达地区和落后地区的政府和市场、经济发展水平、经济开放等因素对农村金融发展的影响。结果表明各变量的影响存在明显的区域差异:在农村发达地区,农村人均贷款和农村资金外流受到政府支出、农村市场化、农民收入、贸易水平和汇率的影响显著;农村金融风险受到政府支出和汇率的影响显著。在农村落后地区,农村人均贷款受到政府支出和汇率的影响显著;农村资金外流受到政府支出、农村市场化、农民收入和贸易开放的影响显著;农村金融风险仅受到汇率的影响显著。The construction of the multidimensional variable measure of the rural financial development, empirical research on the rural rich area and poor rural areas of government and market, economic development level, economic openness on the influence of the rural financial development. Results show that the influence of each variable exists obvious regional differences: rich regions in the rural areas, rural per capita loans and capital flight from government spending in rural areas, rural marketization, the farmers’ income,level of trade and exchange rate affect significantly;Rural financial risk is affected by government expenditure and exchange rate. In rural poor areas, rural per capita loans are only affected by government expenditure;Rural capital outflow is affected by government expenditure, marketization of rural areas, farmers’ income and trade liberalization. Rural financial risk is only affected by the exchange rate.
