摘　　要：“有权利就有寻租空间”,贪腐问题不仅是国企需要重视的问题,同样也是民企需要解决的问题。借助国家法规政策,相关部门的配合,行业内众多企业的协作,在民营企业内部建立健全完善的反腐倡廉制度,既能遏制企业内部腐败行为,又能提高企业依法治理水平."Where there is a right, there is rent-seeking space", and corruption is not only a problem that state-owned enterprises need to pay attention to, but also a problem that private enterprises need to solve. With the help of national laws and regulations, the cooperation of relevant departments, and the cooperation of many enterprises in the industry, it is necessary to establish a sound anti-corruption system, which not only can curb corruption within companies, but can also improve corporate governance level in accordance with the law.
