摘　　要：PEDOT:PSS直接电镀工艺对传统工艺进行了改造。改造后的工艺不仅比传统工艺减少了四个环节,而且将分离的两个时空合二为一,这样就缩短处理时间,提高了生产效率,最后我们还分析了影响镀层的质量和沉积效率的因素,这些因素完全是定量可控的,它们是我们进一步优化工艺参数和提高镀层质量的理论根据。PEDOT: PSS direct electroplate technology has reformatted traditional technology. Reformatted technology does not decrease four processes than traditional technology, and also change separate time and space into one, thus shorten processing time and improve productive efficiency. At last this paper analyzes effective factors of plating layer quality. Those factors are quantitative and controllable, which is the theoretical basis to optimize technical parameter and improve quality of plating layer.
