摘 要:城区边缘绿色空间深刻地作用于城市空间结构与生态品质,进而影响绿色低碳建设目标,然而现实中却为规划建设的薄弱环节。文章运用文献梳理与案例研究方法,结合宝鸡南部台塬区规划实践,探讨了绿色低碳背景下城区边缘绿色空间的规划思路:尊重自然过程,提升城区边缘绿色空间内在系统生态功能和外在复合服务功能;利用区位与环境优势,发掘邻近城区正向关联的空间环境与产业经济边缘效应。规划方法展现于相互支撑的三个方面:塑造潜在可能转化城区外缘绿色空间低碳功效的绿色空间结构;构筑减少土地利用过程碳足迹的绿色空间用地布局;综合考量城郊游憩与地方食物供给等绿色产业布局。最后,文章探讨了绿色空间与相关建设用地全覆盖土地利用控制方法与空间设计导引指向。The arrangement of green-space around urban area provides considerable insight into low carbon city on spatial structure, ecological quality, and low carbon city goals as well. However, green-space is suffering with intrusion, even engulfment deriving from poor planning and management. The paper is presented in the way of both literature combing and case study. In combination with the planning of TaiYuan district, Baoji city, planning idea is discussed as following: revolving around the reduction of urban carbon footprint by respecting with natural process, lifting up intrinsic composite function of green-space and extrinsic edge-effect between built and non-built environment. Three specific planning methods are unfolded as appropriate to prescriptive goals. Firstly, it should reconfigure green-space spatial structure on the perspective of nature conservation and low carbon performance. Secondly, it establishes green-space spatial network and land-use layout pattern on the consideration of reducing carbon footprints. Thirdly, it comprehensively considers the green industry distribution, pairing opportunity for recreation, tourism, rural development. Finally, assorted design guidelines for the achievement of planning vision are also discussed on the it tries to explore the effective cross-sectoral management of land-use across the green-space and associated buildable land in peri-urban area.
