摘　　要：城市生态规划理论与方法学界公认的传入我国的时间大概为20世纪80年代,而经过深入挖掘,长春作为中国四大"园林城市"中唯一一个寒冷地区的城市,在20世纪30代初即在东西方营城思想的共同引导下进行了城市尺度的生态规划及生态实践探索,是我国罕有的较早运用生态规划思想及生态智慧观建设实施的城市,将我国城市开展生态规划实践的时间向前推进了近半个世纪,为我国生态城市理论方法系统的完善提供了有力证据。通过对长春市经典的、已实施建设的"流绿空间"体系的提炼,也为我国城市生态规划实践研究提供一个典型的、鲜活的范式及城市案例。且在对长春市近百年来城市发展演进史的回顾基础上,从生态规划思想中的生态智慧与生态蒙昧嬗变进行解译,通过与同时期、同级别和同类型城市的生态空间特征进行差异性对比,剖析10余个历史时期长春生态实践历程中生态规划思想内核的特点及其变化,对长春市生态规划思想内核萌芽、波动和复兴的嬗变进行解读,能够为未来其他城市的城市双修提供新的生态智慧范式与借鉴。The introduction of urban ecological planning theory and method in China was generally recognized in 1980s in academic circles. After in-depth research, in the early 1930s, under the joint guidance of the eastern and western urban planning ideas, ecological planning and ecological practice at the urban scale were explored in Changchun, which is the only city in the cold regions of China’s four garden cities. Changchun is a rare city in China which used ecological planning ideas and ecological wisdom early. It has pushed forward the practice of urban ecological planning in China for nearly half a century, and provided strong evidence for the improvement of the theoretical and methodological system of ecological cities in China. Through the refinement of the classic flowing green space system that has been implemented in Changchun, it has provided a typical and fresh paradigm and urban case for the study of urban ecological planning practice in China. On the basis of reviewing the history of urban development in Changchun over the past 100 years, this paper interprets the ecological wisdom and ecological transformation in ecological planning thoughts. By comparing the ecological spatial characteristics of the same period, the same level and the same type of city, it analyzes the characteristics and changes of the core of ecological planning thought in the course of ecological practice of Changchun in more than 10 historical periods. It interprets the evolution of the core of Changchun’s ecological planning thoughts, including the germination, fluctuation and revival. It’s expected that it can provide a new ecological wisdom paradigm and reference for other cities in the future.
