摘　　要：聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)是一种理想的生物医学材料,因其良好的降解性和相容性,被广泛应用于临床。近年来,随着面部抗衰老需求的增加,各种治疗方法层出不穷,PPDO线开始应用在面部年轻化治疗中。因其手术简单、创伤小,恢复快,疗效明显,并发症少等优势,得到整形科医生及求美者的认可。PPDO作为面部年轻化抗衰老的新趋势,其生物学特性、适应证和禁忌证选择、常见并发症及处理以及围手术期护理都缺少详实的介绍。为更好认知掌握’PPDO线特性及临床应用方法,现就PPDO线生物学特性及在面部年轻化治疗中的应用进行综述。Poly p-dioxanone(PPDO)is an ideal biomedical material,which is widely used in clinic,because of its good degradability and compatibility. With the increasing demand for facial anti-aging,a variety of treatment methods emerge,the PPDO line thread has been used in facial rejuvenation. Because of the advantages of simple operation,small trauma,quick recovery after operation,obvious effect and less complication,it is recognized by plastic surgeon and patients. PPDO as a new anti-aging trend of facial rejuvenation,its biological characteristics,indications and contraindications selection,common complications and treatment,as well as perioperative care are lack of detailed introduction. In order to better understand the characteristics of PPDO line and clinical application methods, this paper summarizes the biological characteristics of PPDO line thread and its application in facial rejuvenation treatment.
