呼吸操配合葛根素治疗矽肺的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨用呼吸操配合葛根素治疗矽肺患者的临床效果。方法收集2016年12月-2017年12月济南医院进行治疗的120例职业性矽肺患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组患者使用葛根素进行常规活血治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上,使用自制六节呼吸操进行辅助治疗。在治疗前后,比较两组患者肺功能、血氧饱和度值。结果进行治疗后,治疗组患者肺功能各项指标的水平均好于对照组患者;治疗组患者血氧饱和度检测明显优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用呼吸操配合葛根素疗法治疗矽肺的效果明显,可以有效改善患者的肺功能、血氧饱和度。Objective To investigate the effect of breathing exercise combined with puerarin treatment in patients with silicosis. Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with occupational silicosis treated in Ji'nan Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively studied and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with puerarin for routine blood-activating therapy,while patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made six-section breathing exercises on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment,the lung function and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the levels of pulmonary function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the blood oxygen saturation of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Breathing exercise combined with puerarin therapy has obvious effect on silicosis,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function and oxygen saturation of patients.
