摘　　要：介绍彭建中治疗失眠的经验。强调应辨病与辨证、理论与临床相结合,指出失眠病位在肝,病机为肝经郁热、热扰心神,以疏肝解郁、调畅气机为治疗大法,尤擅加入凉血化瘀药物,辅以泻肝清心、疏肝和胃、滋养肝肾等法,兼顾调理心、脾、肾三脏。This paper introduced PENG Jianzhong’s experience in treating insomnia.Emphasis should be placed on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,of theory and clinical practice,pointing out that disease location of insomnia is in the liver,and the pathogenesis is liver stagnation and heat disturbance,and the main treatment is based on relieving the liver and stagnation and regulating qi.It is particularly adept at adding cooling blood and removing blood stasis drugs,supplemented by purging liver fire and clearing heart fire,soothing the liver and stomach,nourishing the liver and kidney,and taking into account the conditioning of the heart,spleen,and kidney.
