摘  要:采用银与还原氧化石墨烯GO复合负载方法制备有导电性的棉织物,利用SEM、XPS、方阻测定、FTIR和抗紫外分析仪研究了结构、涂敷次数和导电性能以及抗紫外性能的关系。结果表明,银与还原GO复合负载织物对比单纯还原GO负载棉织物,前者红外光谱图中出现了金属离子的振动;通过XPS分析证明在织物上吸附的金属离子为银;从SEM图片来看,经银与还原GO复合负载,棉织物表面出现了银与还原GO络合作用而形成的团聚物,银和还原GO团聚物与棉纤维表面大分子之间存在化学键合作用;还原GO负载棉织物表面较为平滑,无明显突起;经过导电测试:随涂敷次数的增加,银与还原GO复合负载棉织物具有更加优异的导电性能,银与还原GO复合负载织物方阻降至3.4 kΩ/,表面电阻下降至13 kΩ/cm;银与还原GO织物UPF值可以达到1 846.7,抗紫外能力进一步加强。Conductive cotton fabrics are prepared by silver and reduced GO composite loading.The relationship of structure,coating times and electrical conductivity,UV resistance are studied by SEM,XPS, square resistance measurement,FTIR and UV resistance analyzer.The results show that the infrared spectrum of the cotton fabric with silver and reduced GO composite loading shows the vibration of metal ions compared with that of simple reduction of GO load.The metal ions adsorbed onto the fabric are analyzed by XPS.The silver and reduced GO composite loading is observed from the SEM image.The GO composite load is reduced,and agglomerates of silver and reduced GO are formed on the surface of the cotton fabric.There is a chemical bond between the agglomerate and the macromolecule of the cotton fiber surface;the surface is relatively smooth without obvious protrusions.The electrical conduction tests show that the cotton fabric with the composite of silver and reduced GO has better electrical conductivity with the increase of the number of coatings.The square resistance of the fabric with silver and reduced GO composite load is reduced to 3.4kΩ/□,the surface resistance drops to 13kΩ/cm. The UPF value of silver and reduced GO fabric can reach 1846.7,and the UV resistance is further strengthened.
