摘　　要：选取高导湿潮交联树脂,采用轧烘堆工艺制备高导湿性、高保形性面料,并研究树脂用量、pH值、堆置条件对面料整理效果的影响。结果表明,高导湿潮交联树脂既能赋予纯棉面料高免烫性和抗折皱性,又能保持面料原有手感及吸湿性能。优化的工艺条件为:树脂整理剂210 g/L,pH=1.15,37℃堆置22 h。The high moisture management and moist crosslinking resin is used to modify cotton fabric with pad-cure-batch process to obtain high moisture transportation and perfect shape-stable cotton fabric.The effects of resin content,pH value and batching condition on the properties of treated fabric are discussed.The results show that the moist crosslinking resin can not only impart cotton fabric with durable press and wrinkle resistance,but also maintain original handle and moisture properties of the fabric. The optimal process condition is:resin 210g/L,pH value 1.15and batchng at 37℃ for 22h.
