摘  要:聚丙烯由于表面能低,限制了它的应用。试验采用介质阻隔放电等离子体对聚丙烯膜进行表面改性处理。研究表明,只需用较短的时间处理聚丙烯膜就能获得很好的润湿效果,并且处理后聚丙烯膜的吸湿性受放电功率和放电时间的影响。当处理时间为2 s,放电功率从10 W逐渐增到80 W时,经过处理的聚丙烯膜的吸湿性增强;当放电功率100 W,处理时间为1~2 s时,经过处理的聚丙烯膜的吸湿性增强,但当处理时间为2~15 s时,吸湿性不再增加。Polypropylene (PP)is a widely used for polymer material,but its application is limited because of its low surface energy,in this paper,dielectric bamer discharge plasma is used to treat PP film.The result shows that the technique can significantly improve the wettability of PP in a short time,and the hydrophilicity performance is affected by discharge power and discharge time.When the treatment time is 2s and the discharge power is gradually increased from 10W to 80W,the hygroscopicity of the treated polypropylene film is enhanced.When the discharge power is 100W and the treatment time is 1-2s,the hygroscopicity of the treated polypropylene film is enhanced,but when the treatment time is 2-15s,the hygroscopicity is no longer increased.
