摘　　要：探索以科研项目为基础构建社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)“全专结合”防治模式的可行性,以期提高社区全科医生对慢阻肺患者肺功能检测、诊疗、防治等综合能力与科研能力。开设社区慢阻肺“全专结合”模式以来,培训了多名社区全科医生参与慢阻肺管理科研项目和“全专结合”门诊,纳人管理的慢阻肺患者年急性发作次数减少,规范用药比例提高。模式在实施科研项目的同时培养了社区人才,不仅提升了社区全科医生的科研能力和专业服务水平,也为社区慢阻肺患者分级诊疗综合管理提供了参考。A "general-special integrated"prevention and treatment model for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)patients in the community was preliminarily established with the joint effets of specialists from the terital hospital and general practitioners in the community health service center.During the implementation of the model the general practitioners recieved research training and participanted in the research project of COPD management;and the "general-special integrated"outpatient clinic greatly improved the management for COPD patients.Since the establishment of the model,the number of aeute attacks of COPD patients was decreased,and the proportion of standardized medication was increased.The model also improved the research ability and clinical competency of general practitioners.The established model provides experiences for the tiered-management for COPD patients in the community.
