摘  要:发展了一种简单、实用可见光诱导喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮与重氮盐的直接C—H 3-芳基化反应.该反应采用便宜Eosin Y为催化剂,可以在室温、空气下高效完成3-芳基喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮的构建.该方法不需要任何金属试剂、碱、酸和强氧化剂,为3-芳基喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮提供一个价格便宜、操作简便的合成方法.A simple and practical visible-light-induced protocol has been developed for the construction of 3-arylquinoxalin-2(1H)-ones via Eosin Y-catalyzed direct C-H 3-arylation of quinoxalin-2(H)-ones with aryl diazonium salts at room temperature in air. The present reaction provides a cost-effective and operationally straightforward approach to the target products in moderate to good yields, and does not require any metal reagents, bases, acids, and strong oxidants.
