摘 要:利用BP神经网络与遗传算法(GA)对混配煤泥的煤质参数进行分析计算。根据锅炉热力计算标准,运用电站锅炉热力计算系统,对掺烧不同比例煤泥的循环流化床锅炉进行整体热力计算,分析锅炉烟气量、排烟温度等重要参数变化范围。技术改造工程应用后,运用正交试验方法,对大比例掺烧煤泥的大型循环流化床锅炉运行参数进行逐项深入优化。结果表明,煤泥掺烧比例最高限度为70%,综合厂用电率升高0.7%,达到8.11%,锅炉效率由90%提高到91.884%。Genetic algorithm (GA)and BP neural network are used to analyze and calculate the coal quality parameters of mixed slurry.According to the thermal calculation standard of the boiler,the whole thermodynamic calculation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler with different proportions of coal slime is carried out by using the thermodynamic calculation system of the power plant boiler for the analysis of the change range of important parameters,such as the amount of boiler flue gas and the temperature of exhaust smoke.After the application of the technology transformation project,orthogonal test method is adopted to optimize the operation parameters of a large CFB boiler with large proportion of coal slime.The results show that the maximum proportion of the coal slime blending ratio is 70%,and the power consumption of the comprehensive plant increases by 0.7%,reaching 8.11%.The efficiency of the boiler is increased from 90% to 91.884%.
