摘 要:针对国电肇庆热电有限公司1号锅炉存在的风粉分配偏差较大的问题,采用数值模拟方法研究了基于格栅型调节阀的风粉在线均衡技术,并搭建了风粉在线均衡系统进行工程验证。结果表明,风粉在线均衡系统投运后支管风速和煤粉浓度分配偏差最大值分别降低了2.40%和7.07%,且风速与煤粉浓度分配偏差最大值分别低于5%和10%,达到了风粉均衡调整的目的。In view of the large distribution deviation of coal and air in No.1 boiler of Zhaoqing Thermal Power Station, the online equalization technology of coal and air based on the regulating valve of grille type was studied by numerical simulation.Based on this,coal and air online equalization system was designed and project implementation and verification were conducted.The results showed that maximum distribution deviation of primary air velocity and coal powder concentration were decreased respectively by 2.40% and 7.07% after the equalization system was applied compared with before.The maximum deviation of air velocity and coal powder concentration were separately less than 5% and 10%,which meant that coal and air were balanced.
