摘　　要：目的:了解全国医疗机构卫生应急体系建设现状,发现存在的问题,为进一步推动卫生应急工作提供科学依据。方法:选取天津、西藏、新疆、四川、云南5省9市10家医疗机构,采用问卷调查结合半结构访谈的方式进行实地调研。结果:卫生应急预案体系基本建成,医疗机构卫生应急工作日益规范,但人力和财政保障不足,应急响应中信息报告较为混乱。结论:建议建立医疗机构卫生应急平台为应急指挥提供及时、准确、完整的信息,规范医疗机构卫生应急工作,促进卫生应急体系建设。Objective To study the status of health emergency response system construction in medical institutions,and provide references for improving it. Methods 10 cases of medical institutions were sampled from Tianjin,Xizang,Xinjiang,Sichuan and Yunnan,and surveyed with questionnaires and semi-structured interview. Results Emergency response plan system has been established and became more standardized,but was lack of professionals and governmental finance security,with confused information reporting. Conclusion It is suggested to establish health emergency response information platform to provide timely,accurate and complete information,standardize and improve health emergency work and health emergency response system construction.
