医学学术期刊推动临床诊疗规范化的有效举措——以《中国实用内科杂志》为例

摘　　要：阐述期刊在推动临床诊疗规范化的作用,并以《中国实用内科杂志》为例,阐述该刊在推动临床诊疗规范化方面做出的一些尝试:通过专题笔谈强化规范、通过报道或组织编写指南制定规范、推广规范等。通过强化选题不但促进了内科诊疗规范化,同时,也大大提升了该刊的影响因子和被引频次。This paper expounds the role of periodicals in promoting the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Taking the Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine as an example,this paper expounds some attempts to promote the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment. By strengthening the topic selection,we not only promoted the standardization of medical diagnosis and treatment,but also greatly enhanced the journal's impact.
