养肝护肝护理科普健康教育在肝叶切除术围术期的应用效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨养肝护肝护理科普健康教育对促进肝叶切除围术期患者康复的效果。【方法】选择2017年2月至2018年5月本院收治的69例行肝叶切除术的患者;随机分为对照组33例;观察组36例。对照组采用传统健康教育模式;观察组在入院时、术后d1予以养肝护肝护理科普健康教育;比较两组患者的首次下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、满意度及自理能力。【结果】观察组首次下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、满意度及自理能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);差异具有统计学意义。【结论】养肝护肝护理科普健康教育可促进肝叶切除围术期患者康复。【Objective】 To explore the effect of general health education of nursing science on promoting the rehabilitation of patients undergoing liver lobectomy.【Methods】 From February 2017 to May 2018, 69 patients with hepatic lobectomy were randomly divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=36). The control group adopted the traditional health education mode, the observation group was given the health education of raising liver and nursing science on the first day after operation. The first time of getting out of bed, the recovery time of bowel sound, the satisfaction degree and the ability of self-care were compared between the two groups.【Results】 The first time of getting out of bed, the recovery time of bowel sound, satisfaction and self-care ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. 【Conclusion】 General health education of nursing science of liver nourishing liver can promote the rehabilitation of patients undergoing liver lobectomy.
